What You'll Need to Succeed - Experience working with external vendors, with exposure to vendor coordination and performance management. - Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within operations or warehouse environments. - Hands-on experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation, with strong attention to accuracy and detail. - Strong systems and data capability, including proficiency in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. - Ability to analyse operational data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate insights into practical corrective actions.
