Foreman/woman Warehouse - Schiphol/Amsterdam

In this role, you are responsible for overseeing and monitoring all processes and priorities within our specialized Warehouse. Working with the teams on site, you ensure the efficient handling of all workflows within established timeframes and quality standards. You have operational supervision of the retail team during your shift. You act as the central point of coordination in a dynamic process, communicating and making agreements with stakeholders. You aim to be proactive without compromising the quality of your work. As a detail-oriented individual, you ensure that the data you enter in the system is always accurate. Requirements We are looking for a proactive Foreman/woman. You understand and speak English fluently. You have strong communication skills and knowledge of warehousing operations. You have MBO+ level work experience, hold a least valid forklift certificate, Air Cargo Employee certificate and a VGB. You have a problem-solving mindset.
